Kiro utilizes a slightly different structure for skills and steering, auto-loading them when they reside in .kiro/skills/ and .kiro/steering/ respectively. I had put together a commit prior to seeing that only systeminit PRs will be accepted. Additionally, Kiro is forked from VSCode, and can utilize the .vscode/settings.json file for workspace settings, so similar to Claude, swamp could produce a .vscode/settings.local.json to provide a opt-in permissions allow file. These changes would allow swamp repo init --tool kiro to get Kiro/kiro-cli to work smoothly with swamp!
