Extension metadata should align with usage and show all information

Currently, we list models with a header that shows their filename, rather than how the agent or a user will actually invoke them. For example:

Shows 'cfgmgmt/link.ts' - it should be whatever the type of the model actually is. So '@adam/cfgmgmt/link' in this case.

Similarly, models have more data than we are displaying. For example, we should render Global Arguments in a similar way to how we show method Arguments. The cfgmgmt module is a good example here, as it uses global arguments to handle the static declaration for each thing it manages.
