We need to add API key management to swamp. This should mirror the behavior of the swamp.club api key management functionality in the profile, allowing users to list api keys, create new ones, delete and revoke them.

This will also close #470, although as wontfix. When you logout from the cli, it shouldn't revoke the token, as it could be used in other places. We will leave that up to the revoke step.
